Power Steering Rack Leak, 2Nd Rack!

Hey ladies and gents, I bought my r33 about 7 months ago and a odd issue keeps occurring, it is a r33 with a rb26 conversion, from what the old owner told me he said he had the hicas pump customised for front only removed the solinoid, and all lines to do with hicas where removed, the rack end seals keep busting and start to leak, could this be becouse he never really got the fins removed in the power steering pump? I decided to install a s13 rack becouse 1) I had one laying around and 2) becouse it was none hicas and I assumed it would solve my proublem but after about 400kms the same issue happens again, would anyone know any reason this would happen, certainly if I open up the hicas pump and it has been modified this couldn't be the reason?

The r33 runs an electric hicas system, unlike the hydraulic system in the s13 and r32.

Are you sure the rack seals are leaking and it isn't oil coming from somewhere else?

hey mate thanks for the reply i was not aware of the eletric hicas system, yeah im 100% sure its the racks that keep blowing on both sides of pulled it apart and looked inside and the power sterring fluid is leacking out
