Hey guys,

Just recently bought myself a Series 1 '33

Car recently had new suspension put in... So the previous owner says

Anyway, I know for a fact that it either isn't the right suspension, or isn't the factory height, basically what i'm trying to say is that my 33 sits too high! :(

So i'm planning on getting a set of King Springs, the info on the page for the King Springs say that it sits 30mm lower than factory, however I don't really want it to sit any lower than the legal limit (100mm)

My question is.. What is the factory height of Series 1 R33's? So that way I can tell if the King Springs, sitting 30mm lower than factory will either be over 100mm or under

Thanks! :D

the stock suspension on a 33 does actually look pretty high (big gap between wheels and guards) when it's new. the majority of skylines you see have actually been lowered, or the suspension simply has sagged a bit in the past 20 years or so.
