Dinner/meet 10Th April This Wednesday Just To Hello

Ok guys wanted to send out an invite to all the sensible skyline owners who would like to join a meet/dinner at Deago’s this Wednesday the 10^th of April the address is 44 Bryants rd Loganholme. It’s going to be and has been a regular event for guys and gals to come together and talk crap and swap ideas and of course admire each other’s cars.

I’m posting this in the hope of getting a few good numbers as we are at 10 to 15 cars now but have room for more, so if you don’t own an import but have a bike or something feel free as long as it has some WOW factor and as long as you understand that the only way this works is if we control the right foot on and off the streets entering and exiting the car park and show respect to all other patrons of the unit complex so no skids or racing or drifting. Once you leave the area we don’t care what you do just not around us please (We don’t want this to be like downshift). There are several video cameras as well as all of the other guys and gals there who WILL send your details to the local cop shop and you will be named and shamed on the internet.....

Now the good news is the dinner at Deago’s is Mexican and most meals can be had for around $20 we are regulars. There is a bar open but please DO NOT DRINK AND DRIVE soft drink is on offer at normal prices.

Times will be 6pm if you plan to eat or 8pm if you just want to look at the cars on offer.

Please write up if you would like to eat with us, so I can let the owner know the numbers of seats to hold, you have the option of eating on your own table i.e. with your family but if thats the case you will need to contact them to make a booking or you can eat with us at a bigger table, it’s all up to you just let me know.

I myself will be there in my Grey R33 Gtst at 6pm and would love to meet you guys so please come say hello to another skyline owner. This is as stated a meet for all car lovers alike

Excellent initiative mate. Love the effort that you're putting in.

We tend to have dinners on a weekly basis (usually in a more central area).

Due to the Toowoomba cruise, there hasn't been one this week or last week.

Should be able to make it out tomorrow night with a few guys.

Thanks mate, the only reason I ask is I've seen a lot of skylines towards the Logan hypo area and thought it would be a good way to get to know some other skyline or car lovers, we will have about 15 to 20 cars making the trip at this stage but the more the better....

We had a really good time, about 10 cars of different types a Honda jazz with 180kw turbo engine was a stand out and the TRD import corolla with 6k audio gear was good too. What's this German club? Where is it?
