I had a puncture the other day, got it repaired and now the tyre slowly goes down, went back to the tyre fitters and they checked the tyre, they said it was fine so now 7 days later it is still slowly deflating. went on the UK GTR site and they say that it may be the TPMS valve leaking slowly. i have found that you can get kits to repair them on a UK website, are they availible here in OZ or is it a nissan only part.

Just another possibility?

Check the edges of the alloy rim for a hairline stress crack that runs down into the tyre bead seal area!

It happened to me and after a HUGE argument with Nissan, they finally replaced the rim.

I have been trying to contact the mob that sell the TPMS repair kits in the UK, but due to the amount of time envolved they do not allow questions on there ebay listings, and the phone number does not get answered, however a guy on the UK GT-R site said he has heared from them after he bought and paid for some, so i am just waiting on him to see if they actually arrive. If they do i will try again. Also they can be bought from the USA on there ebay site.

I can put the listing numbers up if people are interested.
