Do You Need To Bleed The Abs System When B,ending The Rest If The Brake System

Hey, I have bled the brake system after I out in some new pads in my R32 GTR. Just wondering if now I have to bleed the ABS system also?

In an ideal world yes. There shouldn't be too much contaminated fluid within the ABS system as it a) rarely gets used b) is totally sealed to contaminants.

There should be an ABS bleeding procedure in the workshop manual.

I personally would do it say every second time I bled the brakes.

Ok thanks...but if the ABS is totally sealed to contaminants then where does the brake fluid come from in the abs system? Is there a separate reservoir ?

No it comes from the same spot. There will be some parts of the ABS module that fluid sits in that isn't part of the normal fluid path.
