Went through the garage on the weekend and remembered I had these. Never got to fit them and no longer have the car so they have to go.

Never installed, never used - absolutely no wear. The Hawks are still in the plastic wrap. Someone will grab a bargain compared to what you'd pay instore.

Pick up near central Sydney. Happy to post at buyer's expense.

PM me if you're interested.

Could probably do a deal for someone looking to take both.

Cheers,

Ned

Ok people PRICE DROP & more details.

Both sets are completely unusednever fitted to any vehicle. I bought them from V Sport about 18 months ago – the Hawks as a track upgrade and the Ferodos as a replacement for the rears (also DS2500s).

For various reasons I never got to the track in that time and never got round to changing the rears, so never took either of them out of the box.

The Hawks are great RACE only pads – high friction pads with great stopping power. Price drop – now looking for $225 ONO.

Everyone knows the Ferodos – great ‘extreme road’ pads. Great stopping power, long lasting, easy on the rotors. Price drop – now looking for $175 ONO.

That’s a saving of over $200 compared to what you’d pay in store for unused kit.

They’re unused, never fitted, just waiting to help someone take seconds off their lap times. They fit the stock callipers – an easy and cost-effective way to boost your performance.

If I still had the car, I’d be strapping them on myself and heading down for a few laps :-)

They may fit other models too… model numbers included below if you want to check:

Hawk DTC60 - HB178G.564.D60

Ferodo DS2500 - FCP1372H

Keen to have these gone to a good home :-)

Update:

I understand the Hawks will fit Skylines, Silvias, Subaru WRXs with the standard FRONT non-brembo 4 piston calipers

The Ferodos should fit Skylines and WRXs with the standard REAR non-brembo 2 piston calipers.

    • List all of your mods. It sounds like an aftermarket ECU hitting rev limiter. Like a valet mode, or a cold rpm limiter?
    • @Kapr Haha yeah thats the one. I missed that you had a built up engine, I wouldn't want to run it on there either then. It was good in my situation just to replace the original turbo on a stock engine. @MBS206Yep definitely not a replacement for anything name brand
    • You are selling this? I have never bought something from marketplace...i dont know if i trust that enough. And the price is little bit "too" good...

    • It would be well worth deciding where you want to go and what you care about. Reliability of everything in a 34 drops MASSIVELY above the 300kw mark. Keeping everything going great at beyond that value will cost ten times the $. Clutches become shit, gearboxes (and engines/bottom ends) become consumable, traction becomes crap. The good news is looking legalish/actually being legal is slighly under the 300kw mark. I would make the assumption you want to ditch the stock plenum too and want to go a front facing unit of some description due to the cross flow. Do the bends on a return flow hurt? Not really. A couple of bends do make a difference but not nearly as much in a forced induction situation. Add 1psi of boost to overcome it. Nobody has ever gone and done a track session monitoring IAT then done a different session on a different intercooler and monitored IAT to see the difference here. All of the benefits here are likely in the "My engine is a forged consumable that I drive once a year because it needs a rebuild every year which takes 9 months of the year to complete" territory. It would be well worth deciding where you want to go and what you care about with this car.
