I would expect such a turbo to have no less than a 10 psi actuator and quite possibly a 14 psi actuator. It would (should) therefore be impossible to get such low boost. I suggest you hook up another boost gauge to double check. Try it connected to plenum (use the connection that the factory boost gauge hooks up to temporarily). Also try it connected to the boost tap where the boost controller gets its signal, assuming that this is on the turbo hot pipe or turbo outlet. We're looking to see if there's any significant difference between them that may explain the problem, whilst simultaneously not trusting your existing gauge.

thanks but its deffinetly not making the boost you can notice the it because on high boost setting it should make 20 but on the 2 boost gauges that i do have its only making it to 4 0r 5 ?

In that case, please detail;

  1. Where the boost gauges are connected,
  2. If there are any horrible noises while on boost,
  3. If anyone has had any intercooler piping apart lately,
  4. If you have a rubber or silicone turbo inlet pipe/hose thingo that may be sucking shut,
  5. Has your catalytic converter collapsed?

1. they are both connected into the plenium (one is the eboost street as that shows your boost)

2.no horrible noises ony hear the waste gate opening and the screamer pipe

3.i have had the intercooler out

4.its silicone and i dont think its sucking shut because its only started happening all of a sudden well it did it a few times then come good but this time just isnt coming good also around that time i blew my heater core?

5.i dont thin k so
