I built an internal screamer for my tx5 that I had an r33 turbo on it. It was all kinds of awesome. You just need to get it to seal.

I'm only being semi serious. You'd need to pay for machining, extra welding and a external Wastegate. Better to do a dived dump like scotts talkin about, for the power and boost levels you're looking at that would be adequate.
