I had these on the car when I purchased it, they're in good condition. at the moment they're set for a comfortable yet firm ride. ride height is around 110-120mm with the stock sideskirts.

not sure about spring rates but it felt very tight on the road. the only reason i replaced them was to swap to a much stiffer setup with n1 type-v's.
