Hey guys,

This may have been covered before, but unfortuately I have no idea what to search for, as I'm ignorant when it comes to stereos. I have an old MRH-T305 Alpine amp, that is supposed to be able to put out 90 watts RMS (whatever that means) to one channel(???). My question is, can I use this to run a sub, and if so, what specs do I need to look for in a sub?? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

90watts rms = 90 watts constent power... none of this '10000000watts peak' stuff

90w rms wont really give you much from a sub.... most of the low end ones want about 150w rms...

best to use that amp (assuming 2 chanel) to run some splits up front.... probably 40wrms x 2?
