Tis good to have referrals as it's in each franchisee's interest to serve the local community well. I'm sure that if there's a strictly controlled ethos from higher up then each centre gets the proper message as it filters down.

Atrocious... I've had a tyre place scratch all four of my rims on another car and blatantly denied that it was even possible to scratch wheels on their machines!

These people will quickly go out of business if they keep it up, I stick to who I trust.
