Hope you obtain what you hope for!

Even if you find a prospect in the eastern states, I wouldn't hesitate getting it inspected from an RB specialist (which the vendor isn't in kahoots with).

Yeah I think over east may be a good option, i have even thought about going through iron chef imports, but trying to avoid the import process for now but if I have no luck locally then it will definitely become a option.
