Idle Issue

So there are other threads out there with idle issue problems but they all seem to lead to IAC valve or vaccum leak. I have cleaned the IAC/AAC and a guy who did some repairs (Forge Performance, SA) said that if there was a vaccum leak, the idle issue would be constant.

Basically the idle bounces up and down and is no longer dependent on the Air-con/Lights/Radio, but they have an effect as to how low it falls. My coil packs are breaking down under load and need to be changed. Could they cause an idle issue? If not, what could? (Apart from vaccum leak and IAC/AAC)
