Nissan Skyline R32 Staring Problem

So my Nissan skyline r32 never starts first turn over cold but always first second turn over it pretty rough start but always starts none the less. sometimes it starts first time when hot.

When I turn the key I hear my fuel pump turn on (walbro 255)

The motor cranks and I can hear the starter motor turning over but can't hear the engine firing

Any help would be awesome thanks !

I think you should read your topics before posting

There are too many variables and all i know about your car is that it has a walbro fuel pump.

What info do you need ? Is there a way I can trouble shoot my starter motor ?

If it winds over its not your starter. Things like if its running stock ECU and what (if anything) you have looked at or tried. What mods, what spark plugs you are running (have you looked at them or changed them to fix the problem?), when was the last time fuel filter was changed?

Im all for helping people but you have to make a little bit of effort
