Sorry I can't help with those sizes in drop in, Bosch make some 525's and 750's though that will do the job nicely.

I'm going to upgrade mine to 1000cc soon. The 600cc i have now are only a year and half old. The wiring plugs are not plug and play tho

I have a set of 660's here second hand, but you will need a plenum spacer too as they are full length.

Personally I would be buying new Xspurt Bosch long nose 1000's, the better spray pattern will likely pay the extra cost off in no time with better economy.
