R32 Gts-t Advice Need On Wheel Fitment

Hey everyone, I'm after a new set of wheels for my Skyline 32 gts-t. The set I'm look at are 18x9 with +45 offset all round. The guards are not rolled and I do not want to have to modify them. Could anyone who knows for sure please advise me if this will fit okay, thanks Also tyres I'm looking at are 235/40 front and 265/35 rear, any advice on this also would be much appreciated.
