From my experience I never got to peak power, I think it was making 380ish or something at 7000rpm, it was making 350ish at 6250rpm, BUT, shifting at the lower RPM whilst being lower in power was at the point when my torque was staring to drop off, so when changing at the lower RPM and lower hp the car actually accelerated faster.

I cannot remember what my torque numbers were but I played around a bit with my shifts based on my torque curve, I never went into different shifts points for different gears, I did look into it but it seemed a bit to much hassle for the occasional outing.

As for cams, I had a exhaust cam that unigroup speced which whilst good was fairly mild IMO, inlet was stock.

As for the screamer Im sure that with some calcs a exhaust size could be calculated, mine was 3.5 if I recall, it made over 400 on the dyno and the only issue was the injector duty maxing out, flow was fine.

There are plenty of 400kw 25/30's out there, have a squize at some dyno sheets.
