Ac belt tensioner question

Hey guys in the process of repairing the ac on my gts4 and need to get a replacement ac belt tensioner. I searched the part number online and found that it is the same as the Infiniti j30 and the z32 300zx. My question is does anyone know for sure if they are in fact interchangeable? Want to verify before I order one if possible.

11925-42L06 is the Nissan part number.

  Those are nice! I was looking at a BL wagon GTB but was already decided on a BE/BH if there was one available. Parts are easier to get too by a long shot... I'll add some B4 and after pics 😅
