yeah we just went from 12-4pm for the warm-ups and qualitfying. Have things on tonight .... plus got pretty sunburnt this arvo already and had a sore ass from those hard wooden seats :D

I was out at the drift comp untill it was finished. The judging in the latter parts was a little sus tho. Ended up with a free-for-all of burnouts.

I had fun, and only saw a couple of coppers in Mallala and then nothing all the way back to Gawler.

I thought the whole situation at Newton suxed I got passed the cop at the exit with the hill he was pretty stupid he didnt know at all what he was looking at under some of the bonnets he shown his torch at a blow off valve not plummed back and didnt say a word about it. But they were writing a lot of regos down I would hate to be seeing what they are getting in the mail. I have never seen the cops react to nothing but I guess we are all criminals cause we must be breaking the law some were some how......

Id like to give big shoutouts to the homo in the lancer with the  $10,000 stereo ..... with all that advertising, you'll cry like a lil bitch when it gets stolen .........

If it were stolen, he'd empty the change out of his pockets and buy another one.

But it's a show car, it's rarely driven and it's insured.

Also, the stereo is worth more than that. A lot more than that...

ahhhh, newton was a farked up incident, but i loved it once the idiot cop left on of the exits and everyone legged it to their cars then sped off and the cops tried to catch everyone and block it off again but there was too many of us, took my girlfriend on the cruise it was the first cruise shes been on and she loved it especially with the cop situation, glad i got away without a stcker.

POLICE: waste of time do something useful.

ha sounds like you guys had fun, glad the g/f insisted on staying the nite in, missed out on the yellow sticker

mallala wqas great, apart from james from d1 garage, gettin pulled off by the coppers and being locked up, luckily his g/f bailed him out, so he went out for the nite expression session

i mean burnout sesh + team driftin

i'd just like to say cheers to all that said hello on Friday night before the cops showed up and ruined it all.

I have to agree with Cheeky32 and say that the fwit in the lancer did a great job of advertising that not only were we in the area but that some of us were disturbing the peace by making too much f*cking noise!!!! phat lancer too by the way. (loser)

Now that i got that off my chest cheers again to all that said hi, being my first cruise i wasn't sure what to expect + my car wasn't running very good but i had a good time untill the cops showed.

From what i've been told(no i was'nt there) James got defected on the way to Mallala, and the police at the drift day saw the defect and re-dected the car again, only to have James pulled them off and screwed them up,so they arrested him !!!

Regards,

SKYLINE(Kym)....

i would like to say that i dont agree with southernr33 and cheaky32 and to say that the sterio in the lancer is worth more than your rice rockets any day. it looks better sounds better and and u just cant come to the fact that its better than your cars.

as for that remark about giving up our location i am sure it wasnt your rice cars coming in and reving to make it sound good and doing burn outs. or could it be u dringv through the hills reving your cars and doing burnouts. if anything that was the best thing that the night had to offer until u disturbed the peace by posting that shit here

    • I thought that might be the case, thats what I'll start saving for. Thanks for the info
    • Ps i found the below forum and it seems to be the same scenario Im dealing with. Going to check my ECU coolant temp wire tomorrow    From NICOclub forum: s1 RB25det flooding at start up Thu Apr 11, 2013 7:23 am I am completely lost on this. Car ran perfectly fine when I parked it at the end of the year. I took the engine out and painted the engine bay, and put a fuel cell with an inline walbro 255 instead of the in tank unit I had last year. After reinstalling everything, the engine floods when the fuel pump primes. if i pull the fuel pump fuse it'll start, and as soon as I put the fuse back in it starts running ridiculously rich. I checked the tps voltage, and its fine. Cleaned the maf as it had some dust from sitting on a shelf all winter, fuel pressure is correct while running, but wont fire until there is less than 5psi in the lines. The fuel lines are run correctly. I have found a few threads with the same problem but no actual explanation of what fixed it, the threads just ended. Any help would be appreciated. I found the problem though. There was a break in one of the ecu coolant temp sensor wires. Once it was repaired it fired right up with no problems. I would have never thought a non working coolant temp sensor would have caused such an issue.
    • Hi sorry late reply I didnt get a chance to take any pics (my mechanics on the other side of the city) but the plugs were fouled from being too rich. I noticed the MAF wasn't genuine, so I replaced it with a genuine green label unit. I also swapped in a different ignitor, but the issue remains. I've narrowed it down a bit now: - If I unplug and reconnect the fuel lines and install fresh spark plugs, the car starts right up and runs perfectly. Took it around the block with no issues - As soon as I shut it off and try to restart, it won't start again - Fuel pressure while cranking is steady around 40 psi, injectors have good spray, return line is clear, and the FPR vacuum is working. It just seems like it's getting flooded after the first start I unplugged coolant sensors to see if its related to ECU flooding but that didnt make a difference. Im thinking its related to this because this issue only started happening after fixing coolant leaks and replacing the bottom part of the stock manifolds coolant pipe. My mechanic took off the inlet to get to get to do these repairs. My mechanics actually just an old mate who's retired now so ill be taking it to a different mechanic who i know has exp with RBs to see if they find anything. If you have any ideas please send em lll give it a try. Ive tried other things like swapping the injectors, fuel rail, different fuel pressure regs, different ignitor, spark plugs, comp test and MAF but the same issue persists.
    • My return flow is custom and puts the return behind the reo, instead of at the bottom. All my core is in the air flow, rather than losing some of it up behind the reo. I realise that the core really acts more as a spiky heatsink than as a constant rate heat exchanger, and that therefore size is important.... but mine fits everything I needed and wanted without having to cut anything, and that's worth something too. And there won't be a hot patch of core up behind the reo after every hit, releasing heat back into the intake air.
