Hi all,

the RB family of engines, and Nissan in general seem to interchange many parts... This is great, and makes for up speccing easy.

Just a couple of questions.

Does the RB25 GB bolt to RB20 - No mods? (I guess the shaft will need something done?)

Does an RB25 head bolt to RB20 - No mods?

If you were to put an RB25 head on an RB20, and wanted to dig up some different cams, do you use RB20 or 25?

25 Box fits but the shaft does need to be changed and a few other small easy changes.

25 head share bore and bolt centers but every thing else is wrong like water gallerys etc.

That saves a lot of rooting round then.... but box OK yeah? Shaft you mean output and not input. We are mainly concerned with bell bousing.

We are getting near the front with our circuit car and just planning our next step in the program...
