Heh, congrats! I've only owned mine for about a month now (r32 gts-t) and I've dropped back to being a student this year! I have no idea how I'm going to afford the habbit! But I love it nonetheless!

The 125kw @ the wheels she's got atm just isn't enough! More I say! :D

HE HE HE --- ahh...sweet memories...i still remember the first time i saw my line and took her for a test drive the 1st time and not having to sleep properly for 3 weeks thinking of the day that i will come back for her to pick her up...i even dreamt about her in my sleep...it was that bad.

i still get butterflies when i cruize in it...i love my line...the best ever. ( so far )

i'd say...start saving up...i made a promise then that i will leave the line as it was then...but i have broken that promise and i did some engine mods.. HE HE...very expensive i must say.

but best of all...ENJOY mate...and welcome to your new addiction.

I've had my SII for about 10 days now and I FULLY understand your feelings towards the car Brave!!! :P I go on all sorts of pointless driving trips, and it's the first car I've ever owned that when I get home again I feel like I'm not ready to stop driving LOL

Ahhhh boy do I know how you feel... has been... 8 and a bit days since I got mine. My fuel bill is disgraceful, anyone who even looks at my car, I offer them a ride :P I could just drive and drive and... drive. I'm hooked as can be :( If I didn't need my job to pay off the car & fuel it up, I'd quit and just cruise all day.

LOL me too, my fuel bill was $110 in the first week lol...it's now $140 after 10 days

Had my car for 5+ years, I got it back on the road after a 3year stint with public transport (The courts insisted :P ) and I'd forgotten how much I used in fuel every week :)

Got to experience that same Buzz a second time, it felt so good to get back in the drivers seat and feel the steering wheel again :)

I congratulate you on the return to your skyline! Enjoy the buzz once more. i couldnt handle having my skyline in the garage and not being able to drive it for three years, i think i would end up in therapy of some sort!! :( Hasnt fuel gone up in three years!!! :)

    • Unless you're fortunate enough to buy a newer car, getting an older style plate to match your name/car is difficult because they've already been purchased.  Unlike other countries, personalised plates are locked to the country and not region, so there can't be multiple versions of the same plate but with a different area code.  Hope that helps
    • People use the numbers to make it look like letters to spell words/names, which is where the illegal spacing comes in. For example this GR Yaris

    • That's why I said it is a meaningless term. Because there is more than one meaning that people can apply to it. When we said "highflow", that is exactly what we mean, and exactly what is done. In a highflow, they take your housing and machine them out to take bigger wheels, have a better internal profile, etc etc, and fit a new core with the different/better/bigger wheels.
