Dude as a smoker who travels overseas allot...

Let me be the tell you that duty free Winny's suck ass....

Winny Blues are $67 a carton at coles and the duty free ones have tobbaco all over the place. I mean you get a half a smoke out of them....

Ill over you $80 for both cartons... Plus $5 postage...

Cartons in coles i have seen are $73 and these cartons have 10 packs of 20, making it 200 cigs not 250 like i have 4 sale.

My mate used to smoke whinie blues and he has had duty free cigs and u r speaking a load of shit.

How about, just for you a special, you can give me $400 and ill give you 1 pack. Dude.

Just so SAU doesnt get in to any strife...

Smoking can harm you baby, heath, friends, others in general, can start fires, is bad for you, and SMOKING KILLS! I think that covers it all :D

I thought somkers would b jumping at this opportunity!

$150 is lowest, not big drop but i need the cash bad.

A carton for 200 cigs (10 packs of 20's) is 73$ at coles, the cartons i am selling are 250 cigs (10 packs of 25's) so ur basically getting 50 cigs for an extra $2 each carton. How often when you go to buy cigarettes you get a deal to get an extra 50 for $2 that could b an extra 2 days of smoking for a heavy smoker.

Hope that made sense.

Enjoy.

ok, I go overseas abit, and duty free winnies are $30 a carton. hehe

remember that the reason why cigs are so high priced in aus is cos of the tax. duty free, means tax free..

you should be selling em at $50 a carton.. MAX...

DaGr81 i can probably get medals made up for 50$ sounds like u need one, congratulations on selling them for 50$, damn your cool.

DD thanks for telling me what to do, i need to wipe my ass after i have a sh*t can you tell me how many wipes and also how many pieces of toilet paper i should use, because your advice is REALLY useful.

Tax or no Tax, a smoker will be getting two cartons of 250 cigs for basically the same price as they would get two cartons of 200 cigs. so its still a bargin for a smoker.

If you are not interested in wat im selling then dont f**kn write anything :Bang:

If duty free products are not allowed to be sold on ebay or in the paper what makes you think the forums are any better. What kick do you get out of paying other line owners out.

You say you are saving for a line. Well ripping off fellow liners is not very nice then is it.

As stated above and any smoker will tell you. Duty free smoke are not exactlly the same as the Aust purchased items. Take for instance i smoke. I bought a carton of B&H lights (which are 6mg here) the other week from thailand and they were 20mg... Also id like to mention they tasted like crap. Im now using them as give aways for the bums at work.

Last night my cousin came over from NZ and bought me a carton of Winfield Blues. This carton is made up of 8 packets of 25 smokes. As you pass threw customs you can only have 200 smokes and 2.3 litres of alcohol.

So how did you get 250 smokes?

Time to cut your losses. I suggest you ditch your username as its in most people ignore list by now. Get a grip and re-join the forums when you learn to comunicate at an above child level. Sell you smokes to people you know, in your local area. Not on the forums.

SAU would be responsible for the taxes and duties from this sale....!!!!

How am i ment to know about duty free products not being able to be sold on ebay or in the paper, i do not buy anything from ebay nor do i use it. I have not read anywhere that such products are not to be sold on here.

I get no kick out of 'paying out' other members on these forums, however i do get annoyed at people coming on and telling me how to sell the product and what i should be doing.

I pesonally did not buy these cigarettes so i had no idea of how much they cost 'duty free' i was just basing my prices on what i saw for sale at 'Coles'.

Going by a mate who i know who has smoked duty free winnies, they said they could not notice the difference so i assumed that they were exactally the same, for this reason i got annoyed at the people who said they were different as i had been told they are exactaly the same.

They were pruchased by my relatives who went to vanuatu, and they were able to buy a carton each and it says on the carton they contain 250 cigs. They purchased them and they got it through customs so the law must be 250 per person.

Most people in my position would try and sell them for as much as they could get, still well bellow what you would pay for the in Aus. I thought that i was selling them for a cheaper price, not ripping anyone off as i thought they were the same quality as the cigs here.

I will however take your advice and not sell them on these forums.

Its very frustrating when trying to sell something when people rubbish the product and their views conflict with other things that i have been told. So ofcourse i am going to get pissed off and retaliate with stupid comments.

Thanks to all the 'Normal' people who just offered and did not create a hassle.

Goodbye.

ppl ppl ppl. what dont you just let the poor cu*nt sell his stuff, if you like to buy it, then buy it, dnt spread the forums with shiit, this is the FOR SALE Section not DISCUSSION. So let the guy do what he feel like, it is not breaking any forum rules.

And to add somthing about the price, maybe it is a bit high considering its Private Sale, so "Paradizzle" think about droping it a bit if you wanna sell em, however i still think its reasonable considering they are well over $160 in the shop for 2 cartons of 25's.

And this is private sale, of course you can negotiate with the guy, he even droped it to $150, meaning even a greater buy.

Cheers

Good luck Paradizzle selling it.

Thanks 'ratedGTR', apreciate it mate.

if i knew it would hav been such a hassle i would have neva botherd.

No hard feelings Col-GTSX as i can also see from your point of view.

Cya's.

    • @Haggerty you still haven't answered my question.  Many things you are saying do not make sense for someone who can tune, yet I would not expect someone who cannot tune to be playing with the things in the ECU that you are.  This process would be a lot quicker to figure out if we can remove user error from the equation.
    • If as it's stalling, the fuel pressure rises, it's saying there's less vacuum in the intake manifold. This is pretty typical of an engine that is slowing down.   While typically is agree it sounds fuel related, it really sounds fuel/air mixture related. Since the whole system has been refurbished, including injectors, pump, etc, it's likely we've altered how well the system is delivering fuel. If someone before you has messed with the IACV because it needed fiddling with as the fuel system was dieing out, we need to readjust it back. Getting things back to factory spec everywhere, is what's going to help the entire system. So if it idles at 400rpm with no IACV, that needs raising. Getting factory air flow back to normal will help us get everything back in spec, and likely help chase down any other issues. Back on IACV, if the base idle (no IACV plugged in) is too far out, it's a lot harder for the ECU to control idle. The IACV duty cycle causes non linear variations in reality. When I've tuned the idle valves in the past, you need to keep it in a relatively narrow window on aftermarket ecus to stop them doing wild dances. It also means if your base idle is too low, the valve needs to open too much, and then the smallest % change ends up being a huge variation.
    • I guess one thing that might be wrong is the manifold pressure.  It is a constant -5.9 and never moves even under 100% throttle and load.  I would expect it to atleast go to 0 correct?  It's doing this with the OEM MAP as well as the ECU vacuum sensor. When trying to tune the base map under load the crosshairs only climb vertically with RPM, but always in the -5.9 column.
    • AHHHH gotchaa, I'll do that once I am home again. I tried doing the harness with the multimeter but it seems the car needed a jump, there was no power when it was in the "ON" position. Not sure if I should use car battery jump starter or if its because the stuff that has been disconnect the car just does send power.
    • As far as I can tell I have everything properly set in the Haltech software for engine size, injector data, all sensors seem to be reporting proper numbers.  If I change any injector details it doesnt run right.    Changing the base map is having the biggest change in response, im not sure how people are saying it doesnt really matter.  I'm guessing under normal conditions the ECU is able to self adjust and keep everything smooth.   Right now my best performance is happening by lowering the base map just enough to where the ECU us doing short term cut of about 45% to reach the target Lambda of 14.7.  That way when I start putting load on it still has high enough fuel map to not be so lean.  After 2500 rpm I raised the base map to what would be really rich at no load, but still helps with the lean spots on load.  I figure I don't have much reason to be above 2500rpm with no load.  When watching other videos it seems their target is reached much faster than mine.  Mine takes forever to adjust and reach the target. My next few days will be spent making sure timing is good, it was running fine before doing the ECU and DBW swap, but want to verify.  I'll also probably swap in the new injectors I bought as well as a walbro 255 pump.
