Unidentified Engine Bay Objects!

Hey guys,

just going over a pic i have of my soon to arrive line's engine bay, and a few things stood out at me when i realized i didn't know what or why they were there.

Some help identifying them would be great:

leftmost circle: why is there rubber hose and clamps between the connector and the pipe? It looks a bit haphazard to me. Could it be to do with the radiator outlet being further left than stock, maybe due to an aftermarket item? (The little silver sticker says Calsonic)

next circle: what's this pipe going into the intake plumbing? Intercooler?

rightmost circle: What is it?

Bit mystified, any help appreciated.

left circle: bacuase you have a braided hose coming from the radiator... (normally just rubber)

middle circle: its a hose going to that aftermarket blow-off valve located on the intercooler piping to tell it when to open and when not too

right circle: its the carbon cannister which is part of the emmission regulation or something. collects fuel vapour i think

PS your radiator is stock... calsonic is on many parts in the rb20 (i think its a parts manufacturer in japan for nissan or something)

thanks for the response Waz, but just to clraify the intercooler piping circle is looking at the big as pipe coming up from the front left guard. Sorry if it wasnt clear!!

you got two blow off valves happenin, stocky and a blitz, hope one isnt connected!!!

Your stock BOV is circled in blue. The aftermarket one (which looks like it's plumbed back) is circled in green.

hes right but i would have said it looks like the stock one is plumbed back and the aftermarket one venting but cant quite see, take the two bolts off the stocky and blank with correctly shaped piece of metal with a gasket inbetween

whatever cranks your kegs, why not bolt another one on
