Decoding the VIN number for options

Hi,

With most cars you can get a list of what equipment was installed in the car at the factory from the original compliance plate. Magazines like Australian Muscle Car have been doing articles on it for the local products for some time.

Is there any documentation on the web or elsewhere that I can download with that kind of information, specific to the R33 Skyline?

I rang one Nissan dealer who was able to give me the main specifics (motor, trans, running gear, original paint) but i'd like to know if there is further info available.

Nissan FAST data base will tell all. ask if someone has it installed and give them your #'s
