c spanner(s)

Hi all,

Just a quick question! I just recently purchased some s spanners from the net, and was wondering, should there be 2 or 1? Payed $50 I was under the impression that I would get 2... but I only got 1!

Maybe I'm wrong... enlighten me

Some coil overs need 2 X C spanners as they have a lock ring. Others have grub screw locks and only require 1 X C spanner. The price at $50 for 1 is about right.

I can get a pair of Tein spanners for $49, but even then i thought that was a little pricey and not sure if they'd fit my Apexi N1 coilovers? Could you get suitable C-spanners from a tool shop?

see the 2 different sized nuts at the bottom... will I need 2 different sized spanners?

We get C spanners from our local CBC bearing shop.

Check and see, C spanners fit a wide range, so you may get away with 2 the same size:cheers:

Sweet, thanks SK. Any idea on what size i should be looking at and a rough price, or should i get my lazy ass off this seat and go to a tool shop
