Chassis/strut Braces R32 Gtr

I've got a front strut brace - apparently a good thing, not driven the car without it to compare. I understand rear strut braces do bugger all.

There is another type that hugs the floor pan / trans tunnel behind the front seats and is fixed to the lower seat belt mounts on each side. Has anyone experienced a difference with these?

And finally there is the type that bolts between the chassis rails underneath, like a web. Anybody used one of them?
