GTR Fuel filter ?upgrade?

I'm doing upgrades to my GTR, which include

new PFC + EBC

new Tomei adj cam gears

new Tomei fuel pump

new HKS 550 cc injectors

and I have just realised that I have not changed the fuel filter in over 12 mths now

as far as I know - I still have the std filter (small aluminium thingy under plenum - yes)

is the std filter OK - or should I be looking at something a little better

standard nissan filter will be fine at that level. just buy one from nissan and replace. out of intetert when you pull the old one off. put a finger over each end, shake it up then let it drain into a containter and have a look at the colour of the fuel coming out. you will then know how old/new it was.
