Topaz
Hi All, I have my car booked in to get a Cheetah 777 alarm installed tomorrow morning http://www.actionalarms.com.au/Alarms/Alarms.htm I know everyone recommends Mongoose or B-B-B?...(is it Boomerang?), but these guys at Action Alarms helped develop the Cheetah alarms and have the best service available for them...the 777 looks and sounds like a great product anyway Anyone else had or have a Cheetah Link to comment https://www.sau.com.au/forums/topic/78675-cheetah-777/ Share on other sites
Topaz
anyway, this alarm seems really decent, all entry alerts (doors, bonnet, boot, glass breakage) only problem is he mounted the siren right over where you have to go to get teh oil filter out, which I have got to do soon.... I had to stand in the rain as the guy was going through all the settings and what it did... the blue LED flashing light is damn bright too, I looked at it and was blinded Link to comment https://www.sau.com.au/forums/topic/78675-cheetah-777/#findComment-1440355 Share on other sites
NFAA32
looks like its time to either get a remote oil filter set up, or, do as most other people do, and get it from underneath the car Link to comment https://www.sau.com.au/forums/topic/78675-cheetah-777/#findComment-1440923 Share on other sites
Trav33
So what is the opinion on Boomerang Alarms? I've heard they are good for features, but not the best security. Trav33
and according to the supplier ( whom I deal with) are no longer available.) Yes, but aren't they being rebadged as something else now?
