Bought from this thread,

I have changed my mind and not going to use the car for drifting continously. The oil core is SETRAB made from Sweedenn and is all quality, not a copy.

Its all brand new never used still in packaging.

You use a S15 oil filter in the relocation kit.

Looking for $410 postage included in a big box.

Cheers.

I'm not sure if the GTR I've got on the way has an oil cooler or not - not listed, and I can't tell for sure from the pics.

I'll take it if my GTR doesn't have one; it should be here in a week or two.

Cheers,

Alan :)

Setrab 19 row oil cooler.

Setrab are a well known Swedish company and widely used core in motorsport. The core specs are 280*150*50.

Setrab oil coolers are designed to provided the maximum amount of cooling oils of varying viscosity's by the use of air flow at ambient temperatures, while still utilizing the smallest amount of space with only a minimum amount of pressure drop. The cooler consists of a variable number of plates forming oil-ways. These oil-ways contain "turbulators" to break down boundary layer effects in the flow and to obtain maximum heat dissipation without undue pressure build-up. The oil-ways are interspaced with corrugations to provide airways, formed top promote turbulence in the air flow. The entire unit is made in aluminum and all parts brazed together. Each unit is tested by air under water to a pressure of 170 p.s.i. and sample put through exhaustive tests to ensure their suitability for vehicle use under all conditions.

The performance of the cooler is dependent upon the design of the "turbulators" and airways. It is only extensive research in this area allied to considerable experience of operating conditions that has enabled us to produce a range of coolers giving the greatest heat dissipation for their size and weight yet available

Alongside the core is the high quality US made Perma-Cool oil filter relocation kit, that includes a multi fit spin on adaptor with 4 thread choices to suit basically any vehicle out there, has the relocation mount, both with all brass push on fittings, and also includes 8ft of hose with clamps.

    • Yep, the closest base tune available was for the GTT, I went with that and made all the logical changes I could find to convert it to Naturally Aspirated. It will rev fine in Neutral to redline but it will be cutting nearly 50% fuel the whole way.  If I let it tune the fuel map to start with that much less fuel it wont run right and has a hard time applying corrections.  These 50% cuts are with a fuel map already about half of what the GTT tune had.  I was having a whole lot of bogging when applying any throttle but seem to have fixed that for no load situations with very aggressive transient throttle settings. I made the corrections to my injectors with data I found for them online, FBCJC100 flowing 306cc.  I'll have to look to see if I can find the Cam section. I have the Bosch 4.9 from Haltech. My manifold pressure when watching it live is always in -5.9 psi/inHg
    • Hi My Tokico BM50 Brake master cylinder has a leak from the hole between the two outlets (M10x1) for brake pipes, I have attached a photo. Can anyone tell me what that hole is and what has failed to allow brake fluid to escape from it, I have looked on line and asked questions on UK forums but can not find the answer, if anyone can enlighten me I would be most grateful.
    • It will be a software setting. I don't believe many on here ever used AEM. And they're now a discontinued product, that's really hard to find any easy answers on. If it were Link or Haltech, someone would be able to just send you a ECU file though.
    • Yes sir am asking is there possible way from aem tuner from wiring pins
    • Have you checked cam to crank timing and confirmed balancer marks are correct?
