Now my quarrel with this is that if i had said no to the accident, which was not a claim to any insureance company, how could they find out about it,and if they did what if i just said to them the accident must have happened from a previous owner.in the same situation.no insureance.

If your previous accident did not involve insurance companies, or was not reported to the police, then I guess they wouldn't find out....

I've lost my license in the past, not too long ago, and no insurance company bar just cars will really touch me, why i dont know.

But full comp considering that its was 2500, and when i said i want my gf as a nominated driver, which she is 19, they said they have to go on the youngest person, and it was like 1900 in her name. but then i told them about the lost license thing

Depends on your area, driving record, and age.

Surprisingly, area has a bit todo with price. Ring up and get a quote for a vl calais turbo (which i owned when i was 19), they wanted 3500, now that was steeeeeep.

Wonder if they have come down *shrugs*

when i first tried to insure my TX5(1990, stock at the time, no on turbo) they wanted $2500

they go on the youngest driver because so many people were insuring cars through their parents, with them as a nominated driver, when it was really their car...

and chicks get cheaper insurance because statistically males are more likely to be involved in an incident
