paul - if you want to bulk up i can help you out with a diet. i was really thin and managed to put alot of weight and size on. (34kg in 7 months - without steroids too thank you). i hit nearly 100kg and now im back down to 87 :P DAMN SHOULDER!!!!! the shoulder is heaps better tho' and i'll get back up to size again, i got 2 sets of clothes - thin ross and huge ross :)

and yeah - how is erin guys. i sent her a pm but she wont reply :)

well, aerobic exercise and no fat - but thats a no brainer.

when you put weight on its really easy to loose, you gotta be dedicated to diet and training. it became my life - eating 8 times a day n all was a bit of a pain but it paid off....

yeah Yoga classes ...... every Thursday night and they have them every Sat morning too but i dont normally go to those - I do half n hour cardio, half n hour weights then hour yoga on thursday nights :)

    • Despite the level up question, actually I do know what that is....it is a pressure sender wire.  So check out around the oil filter for an oil pressure sender, or maybe fuel pressure near the filter or on the engine. Possibly but less likely coolant pressure sensor because they tend to be combined temp/pressure senders if you have one. Could also be brake pressure (in a brake line somewhere pre ABS) but maybe I'm the only one that has that on a skyline.
    • Pull codes via the self-diagnosis procedure. As far as I can tell this is just a sign of transmission issues but not a code unto itself.
    • Hi All, putting the engine back together and everything is perfect except have this plug left over.. any ideas what it is for and where it goes? Is on cold side under the intake plenum *note not a stock plug, as everything has been modified Cheers
    • Sounds like a misfire. Check fuel pressure and don't even think about going into boost while it's like this unless you enjoy engine rebuilds.
