dunno if pillar mounts are illegal, only if they block your vision i guess. I am mounting my guage on the pillar soon.

dan - provided that they do not impede your vision they are ok.

Although it's best to have an inline switch for the lights, so that if you get pulled over you can flick them off.

I think there is an ADRule about having illuminated gauges above the top of the steering wheel or something. Though I don't know how that works for heads-up displays..... :shrug:

Most of the local people have had the shits with stockingperformace gear since everyone just gets it direct anyway.

get the trust pillarmount from greenline too. they're heaps cheap!!!

You'll find no-one will have them in stock and it will take you longer to get it in via them than through japan direct anyways.
