No sorry 350 including frieght is too low.

Fair enough. Is the only difference between the passengers and drivers seats the rails they're mounted on? ie: Would my drivers GTS-t rails bolt up to the GTR seat and fit in my drivers side?

Unfortunately the seats themselves are different as they have the back angle adjustment lever on the outside so if you switched rails (i'm not even sure if you can do that) the lever would be up against the trans tunnel side and awkward to get to.
