Have a set of as new 18" 350z track wheels with Bridgestone Potenza RE040. Tyres were removed around 500ks after car was purchased, so literally no wear at all. Wheels are brand spanking new with not a single mark on them. These wheels are aluminium-alloy and are fairly lighter than ur normal 18s. Was originally going to fit them on my 34 but have since purchased another set.

18x8 all four offset +30

225/45 18 on the fronts

245/45 18 on the rears

These wheels look hot on R33/34, Stageas, S15,S14 and most 5 stud vehicles with 114.3 PCD. Tyres alone cost around $1700 brand new. Think of it as buying new performance tyres and getting the wheels free! :D Nissan sell these for 4K. Asking $1800 pretty firm. Prefer pick up Southside brisbane. Will throw in a set of chrome wheel nuts as well. Inspections welcome. email [email protected]

Cheers

I may be interested as my V35 coupe is being complianced in Brisbane. One of the requirements is that they need to remove the as new tyres and replace them for crappy Korean tyres.

I'll ask the RAWS if I can buy these rather than new to satisfy the compliance requirements.

I don't really need the wheels but would take them at the right price if you don't get any better offers and use the rims as spares.

I assume they came off an Aussie delivered Zed?

Cheers

FYI - you actually need a receipt from a tyre place that proves you bought the tyres here brand new, for compliance purposes. That is the rule .... but you may get lucky if you can convince the compliance worshop otherwise ....

Great set of wheels for a great price btw!

Hey R34, any chance of getting some photos of your new V35 emailed to me? I am thinking about bringing one in - saw lots of G35s in the USA last month, and man are they hot!!!!

Thanks nightcrawler. These are indeed nice wheels...I do have second thoughts about selling them...I WANT them but don't NEED them if you know what I mean..;)

Still for sale! Suit buyers who are looking for new rubber as well.

    • 1/8NPT drill size = 8.7mm. Since the hole got messed up by me, it’s probably around 9mm.    So 1/4” NPT would be next step. A drill size of around 11mm would be preferred there which is not way of my M12 (drill 10.5mm and tap M12 threads)

    • Why are you so adamant on going M12? Why not follow Brad (GTSBoy) suggestion. You're talking moving from a 1/8" size, to a 1/2" effectively. 4 times bigger. Why skip the commonly available sizes in between? The bigger you go, the more likely you are to strip the threads out at a later date, as guaranteed, someone will put a huge spanner on the M12 and really tighten it up, and you're only in thin wall, so not a lot of threads to engage!
    • Hi. Yeah thanks. Car is already at tuners and it staying there to resolve "many" issues they do not like. So it is in a good hands. Getting a good tune on that Nistune ECU too so the car would be good. Just needs a little tune up and love.
    • Probably gonna remove manifold and turbo. I’m not sure if I can get M12 x 1.5 air tight. Could use high temp Loctite 246 or something similar, but I don’t know. Maybe it’s just best to remove everything again and weld an 1/8NPT on there instead.
