yes

you'll need to locate the tacho wire from either behind the dash or from near the ecu.. in r33's its a blue wire with a yellow stripe im fairly sure

or is that yellow wire with blue stripe :S

basically ... if you arent sure about doing it.. get someone else to do it.. or if your interested in learning.. get someone who knows to help you do it
