Ok, that topic will sound very VERY confusing, but here is the low down

-S1 Auto stagea has R33 S2 Engine

-Engine harness same as R34 GTT

I have bought a plug(to swap over) and PFC for R33 S2 thinking its right, but someones told me that the GTT PFC also works and doesnt require mods to the harness.

Are there any issues with running a NEO6 PFC on a NON NEO6 GTST.

because the nvct cam timing is constantly variable on the NEO rb25, can the PowerFC be mapped for this function, or how does that work?

with the r33 rb25 its either full advance or full retard no inbetween. and is activated by a simple on/off switch in the ecu at the desired rpm.

anyone know how the powerfc and rb25neo nvct perform?

its common knowledge that the powerfc lacks the outputs for auto tranny operation.

its also common knowledge that there is a specific version powerfc for the neo.

however what i was asking is how much control does the ne powerfc give over the nvct operation?

yeah, cheers mate.

ill head over and ask.

i suppose this is kind of relevant to the thread.

i mean, put all the auto issues aside, if it were capable of controlling the auto.

i dont think the R34 Neo would be able to control the r33 nvct very well.

    • This is what I could find on Minkara which has at least something on pretty much anything to do with the Japanese car industry. It had all HVAC including A/C still fitted (A/C condenser and radiator were moved to the boot) and it ran a 9.7 sec quarter mile. Somewhat of a legend among GT-R and drag enthusiasts then and now. If you're wondering if it was a reputable shop, then yes it was.
    • Are you guys familiar with this shop? Sounds like you might have come across Fujii?

    • Hey guys I’m looking to buy an r32 gtr and it looks like the shop who’s done some work on the motor was done at Fujii Dynamic in Japan. Looking to find if anyone is familiar with this shop since there not much info I could find.    All I could find was the owner has passed away early 2000s and had previously owned a 1000hp r33 for drag racing.
    • GTR front looks good. If you don't like it, I'll swap you a rolling shell R33 for it. Give you a fresh base to start with.
