Atmo Bov

Can anyone confirm if there's any problems after installing an Atmo BOV on a series 1 stagea eg: stalling, backfiring etc. I'm keen to fit one but want to know before hand if theres gonna be any potential problems.

i have a POD on mine and when you take your foot off the accelerator i get the BOV noise from the factory one, might be a cheaper, safer option?

I took the return hose off the std BOV, sounded pretty damn funny.

With the auto you get some bleeding off at half thottle.

I got stalling issues though because i only stuff the return pipe with a cloth, so it was sucking some air in.

Other then that, using rubber over that would work fine and perfect.

I have a GFB Steath on my S1 and it all works fine, BUT I also have a tuned PFC which could attribute to the smooth running.

I know on my old R33 I took the plumback off and bejebus it was loud, but just could not idle at all, meaning the 2 or three days I drove around like that I had to keep the revs over 2.5k or it would stall. It would also stall on backoff of the throttle.

But either way using the search will find you heaps of good info!

Thanks guys, i'm lookin at puttin in a Greddy E-Manage ultimate aswell which is supposed to fix that problem if it's there, so i'll see how i go.
