Engine Number On Rb26dett

Hey guys,

Tried searching, but couldn't find anything.

Bascially trying to locate the engine number on an R32 GTR.

I know it's on the LHS if you're standing in front of the car, that's it.

Appreciate it if someone could point me in the right direction!

If you looking at it from the front, it is at the back of the engine on the left hand side. It's located about halfway down from the head.

Well on mine it's stamped into the block just 'behind' the alternator. If you look using a torch (can be hard to see) underneath the inlet manifold in the gap where the oil dipstick is you should be able to see it.

Thanks guys, I WAS looking in the right spot, but there was all this crap on top of the number, which made it even hard to see.

Washed it off with degreaser and its all sweet.
