I'll post up more details later, but basically i'm after a few Skylines as wedding cars for my wedding on the 11th of Feb 06. the ceremony is at 3:30pm

If i was able to get all dark grey R33's as the main cars, then some others to make up numbers, it would be sweet. But i'll be happy with anything really.

If you are interested in helping me out please post or pm me.

if you could pm my your number, i can give you a call closer to the date.

Once it is getting closer to the date i will pm or ring people to let them know exectly what is happening.

Some hot skylines posed in front of the church will be an awesome photo op.

Cheers,

Chris.

my car is just for make up numbers then..... :)

I reckon you could get 6 cars total. (plus another 2 white ones if you wanted)

2 grey's (Chris & Lenno)

2 maroon's (Ian & ...)

2 blue's. (Dave & Josh)

Tis a fair way away though - so people may have something come up so thety wont be able to get their skyline to the ceremony that weekend. But looks like you can get some sort of nice ordering/clour matching of cars.

yeah that would be sweet....

any colour cars are welcome, i will do some colour co-ordinating when i get definate numbers :D those who stay a bit longer will be welcome to come to the reception...it's a bbq party sort of thing. not over the top or anything.

No worries Chris, let me know closer to the date, Eric and I will sort out our cars for ya! Two white R34s built to the same spec almost; that would be an entrance!

And you serious, BBQ only? What about the Moet & Chandon :D;) JK JK I'm sure it'll be great :D

getting closer to the date now  , thanks for all the interest so far.

could the people able to attend please pm me your details.....

name, car model/colour, phone number.

there is a limited number of cars that can attend, so please don't be offended if you are not able to go.

sweet

well the plan is so far....

2 white 34's (stan and eric)

2 dark grey 33's (mine and lenno)

2 blue 33's (dave and ?)

thanks for the interest, i'd love to have more people come, but i have to limit the cars a bit. maybe we could have a cruise later to celebrate or something ;)

    • I can see between the water jacket and cyl 3 there wasn't a hard line of combustion gas. It certainly appears that the issue is coming from there. Yes, checked the tension. All at 100ft lbs where I set them 5 years ago. These blocks can crack but generally when they have been over bored. Mine is only 0.5mm oversize at 89.5mm. They break between cylinders around the 91mm mark. No sign of that with mine. My gut feeling is the head gasket lifted a while back when the studs stretched and i bandaided it by retorquing the studs. It's finally let go.

    • So, version 4 intake is on its way I was looking at these a while ago but at around $200 or more it was a little pricey for something that might not work, but, I had it in my watch list, but, I got a message saying it was on special, and I had a code thingie to use, it eventually came in at $120 delivered, so BAM, BUY NOW.....LOL I'll need to have a look when it arrives but I feel it will "look" better than what I currently have, as it comes with a PCV fitting, so I will be able to get rid of the alloy pipe that goes to the throttle body with the PCV fitting  Well, that's what the voices in my head are telling me  Oh, and this happened today Yeap, it was a Trojan, and it was cheap, so I headed back to the hardware store and actually spent a little bit more on a heavy duty,  one that was actually recommended by a plumber mate, a Cyclone one with a fibreglass handle that is actually rated for clay The broken shovel will eventually be "modified" into a short handle shovel
