  1. I've tried to go to suspension mobs in Perth (WA suspension, Pedders etc) and they all told me they don't have listing on these bushes. I would assume they're a genuine item.
  2. I'm not sure on genuine part number, but I work at repco and there are definitely no listings for boot struts for any skyline. I've also wanted to change mine and would like to know another option but I've called a strut specialist near me. I asked about re-gassing them and he said with 32/33's you pretty much have to pull off the entire lever/bracket of the boot as its all connected but you would have to bring it to him as taking it off may cause issues with boot seals ect. I did ask him is there any way to remove the ball and socket joint at the bottom and he said no, don't bother trying you'll more than likely bend the strut.
  3. hey guys, had a look through this section and used the search but still couldn't find an answer or anything similar. As I'm turning to the right or going back to the centre from a left turn, there is a creaking noise somewhere in the front right hand side suspension. I've had a search on google and suspecting a worn ball joint? Is this a common problem and has anybody else had this problem? To describe the noise in full detail it sounds exactly like a door creaking open in a horror movie when the wheel is turned slowly. Would appreciate any help to this. Cheers, Sean
  4. I'm after a z32 nistune ecu for my rb25 and some sort of bucket seats, most preferably 32/33 gtr seats. I'm in Perth and am willing to pay shipping expense. Thanks
  5. leaks in gaskets should be more like a whistling noise from what I remember. On another note, are you not changing your coils then?
  6. Ultimate Auto Trim located in Melbourne, hit them up a email of what exactly it is you want. The seat covers are custom tailor made to suit your vehicle and the material they use are leather vinyl. I got this quote for my 33 gtst: front pair, back seats, door trims and centre console with Nissan embroided into the seat covers all up for $590 + shipping. And to point out the obvious it is all DIY.
  7. if your looking for someone to paint as cheap as possible i'd recommend going to big jobba, wangara. My clear coat was peeling off from the roof towards the pillars due to the previous owner most likely attempting to do a home job. I got 4 different quotes and he did it significantly cheaper!
  8. Yeh, still keeps happening, anymore suggestions???
  9. Hey guys, Had my 33 just over 6 months now and I also know I need my a/c re-gassed. Anyway for the last week or so I've been feeling really warm air, (as if its air from the engine bay), coming through the air con vents at the feet in both the driver and passenger side. This is when the air con is off. When I turn the air con on and set it to just the chest vents, it will then stop blowing at the feet. Any suggestions why it keeps blowing at the feet when off? Cheers
  10. Will there be another group buy for this anytime soon?
  11. Rekin, thank you so much that thin hose was my problem. It wasn't connected to the piece underneath the black box. I hadn't noticed this because when I had a quick look around, I saw that hose was just heading down but didn't realise it was detached. Thanks anyway Tommy
  12. Hi everyone, I have searched for threads all over google to try and find the answer to this. I already have an aftermarket boost gauge set up in my 33 gtst, however I am almost certain when I purchasing the car, which was most likely about a month ago that the factory boost gauge was "working". By working I mean that when I turn the ignition, the gauge will start up and sit at zero and move up and down when I am on or off boost. However when I am driving the gauge does not move what so ever but does move up to zero when I turn the ignition. It is if is the gauge has power but it is not sensing boost. Could the sensor have been removed when the aftermarket boost gauge was fitted? This is my first turbo car and I do have lack of knowledge, which I am working on . Thanks Sean
