  1. Seems to be working for me (dowloading now). Cheers fellas, I remember watching these when I was little, so will be a buzz to watch them again.
  2. There's a bit of a vid' here: http://www.channel4.com/4car/road-tests/dr...tti/veyron.html
  3. The Bugatti is what I would buy, but I'll never have to make that decision!
  4. Looking for R32 GT-R (maybe R33); 21; White mongrel; Underwriter Shannons Insurance.
  5. GT-R. Sure the R34 is newer and fresher looking for now. But they are completely different cars built for completely different reasons. As was mentioned above a GT-R will hold its value much better than a GTT, particularly if they get commmon. Once people are over the 'it's an R34' factor their values'll drop. It looks as if you can get an R33 GT-R in good nick for $35k. Even in unique cars where prices are usually exaggerated they are priced around that figure for a low km one that has been in the country for quite a while. You shoule be able to find one that is in good nick and low kms which factors out the older age of the R33 model. It comes down to taste and what you want. The newer R34 exterior and interior, or a ball tearing GT-R. I know what I'd choose.... but that 's just my opinion.
  6. They are still expensive because they is no real import alternative, apart from private imports. They go very well, running 13.9 1/4 stockers. You can get that down to run 10s with the standard turbos. Even down to as low as 11.2 with a standard fuel pump. Very, very nice cars. 13Bs are capable of 700rwhp.
  7. I *think* they were referring to the motor? Maybe it was just a typo. Either that or they have no idea and have miss understood what the owner has told to them...

  10. Is this the same car that was recently bought? Sounds very similar...?
  11. That's cool man, was just interested is all. I know what sorta times 1st gen RX7s run but not Skylines just wanted to make a bit of comparison.
  12. Nice info! Is this for a GT-R?
  13. Fair enough. That's were the big power comes from then, shoot out mode reads a lot higher than tune. It's supposed to be for 'shoot outs' (duh) and consistent across different dynos, but people change setttings etc. and it makes it unconsistent which makes it hard to say how much power it really produces... that said a mate of mine had his VK 308 dyno'd in shoot out mode and it put down 158rwkws which would be very close to engine power not rear wheel power. Nice car mate anyways mate, still interested in it. Could you please send pics to my email? [email protected] Just I can't see them here. It's blocked on my end.
  14. Was it dyno'd in tune or shootout mode?
  15. There is still money to be made if you play your cards right I'm sure. But who knows what the market'll be like for GT-Rs that far down the track, ATM it's all just guess work.
  16. They are actually reliable despite what people think, like every other car if maintaned properly and not heavily modified they are a good thing. And the little 12A's in the S1,2,3s are good for 200-250,000kms. But if the maintenance wasn't up to scratch look out...
  17. PII are the shit. Fav all time wheel, that R33 with 'em looks clean as.
  18. The yellow GT-R is for sale on here...21G with a blown motor... http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/sh...ead.php?t=39144
