Dude, i have a brant.. what happens is.. after the turbo timer switches off.. 40 secs later the immobiliser comes on.. but not the alarm... you have to come back out and switch the alarm on.

What are the roads like there and on the way there? I think one of my shocks could be stuffed the car kinda swings abit... but still driveable..

Rev210, I have an SAFC which setting do i adjust if i got an Atmo venting BOV.. will this change the fuel mixture??? as i just got it tuned... thanks

Hey all just wondering if anyone knows where i can get some cheap shocks for the rear in Sydney. my rear shocks are stuffed. I dont really want to go full performance as i dont really thrash the car round corners or anything like that so i'm happy with just some standard ones. If anyone can direct me to some places and some prices it would be appreciated.. thanks all.

Mic33r - did you check out that site i posted earlier.. yeah my car doesnt swing that bad.. it just kinda wobbles abit and is very annoying.. also the other nite i gave it a squirt of the line and the rear was bouncing up and donw while losing traction where as before the tyres would just screech... also does that if i go round corners really fast.. i rang up justjap and they think it more than likey the shocks or a loose bush somewhere i will have to test out the hicas diagnostic thing as well.. although my hicas light doesnt come on either... let us know if you find a solution

yeah this does sounds abit suss now but this is happening at low speeds as well.. its like the death wobbles...

Hey all, I got a problem with my R33, everytime i go over a bump or if the road is alittle bit rough, the car seems to sway side to side like i'm going bush bashing or something, the car just feels really unstable sometimes at the slightest bump. The car was fine until i got it back from the tuners when i had the SAFC tuned on the Dyno, i dont know if something is broken or loose.. any help would be appreciated thanks

Consider yourself lucky i only got 124Kw and i have a pod filter, 3"catback, Bleed valve running 10psi, and an SAFC. i was quite disappointed but the guy said my car was mifiring up top. and he said if i regap or change my spark plugs i could prolly get an extra 10Kw or something, he also said the car sounded like a Jet which is not good as it means its restrictive...and he said from his experience it looks like the Cat is holding the car back.. But when i got my car complied i told them to put a Hi flow cat on.. but the guy that tuned my car said from his experience it looks just like a cheap crappy cat!!!.. THE BASTARDS!!!!

I have only been pulled over once... since i had my skyline.. i was taking my car to get it registered after getting it imported and complied etc... i pull up at a set of lights the cop sees i dont have any licence plates and he says Cop: where's your plates? ( in a really bad tone of voice like i just stole the cookie from the cookie jar) me: I'm going to the RTA to get it registered today. as my car was not lined up with his he said. Cop: move up. Me: sorry what was that? Cop: MOVE UP( practically yelling at the top of his lungs) so i did Cop: let me see the paperwork. i pull out the folder and show him the papers. Cop: Where do you live? ( Still in a harsh tone of voice) me: Canley.. Cop: there's an RTA in Canley why you heading to Liverpool? Me; Cos we had to go and pay for our Greenslip. Cop: ok go if you dont have plates on next time i see you there will be trouble. So basically i wqas doing nothing wrong so he let me off. But the thing that annoyed me was the tone of his voice and the way that he spoke to me.. i was polite and answered his questions truthfully. I know he wqas just doing his job but he didnt have to be soo Rude about it.. He has 3 other cops in the car as well.. thats prolly why he was trying to act high and mighty I'm also Black and young (but i dont think that had anything to do wit it). All i'm saying was that he was very rude and harsh.. even though i had done nothing wrong it made me feel like i did do something wrong and i was pretty shaken from it too.. He could have been nice and polite about it and still acheive the same thing. After that day, i have a whole new veiw on cops.

Hey man.. dont go into the city.... well you can if you want.. but last year i took my GF... to Mt Keira in Wollongong a fair trek but that was half the fun... year they have a restuarant type thingy there which over looks wollonong and everything there..its heaps nice.. we spent some time there then we cruise down to the beach near the light house and just watched the water and city lights... (mite have been BHP Steelworks actually hahahah) but yeah it was nice.. but then again.... she is now my Ex girlfriend so i guess it couldnt have been too good.. my 1st valentine in a while without anyone to share it wit... awwwwww i need a hug!!!

Hey guys just wanting to get my SAFC tuned and was wondering if C&V are anygood? i havent called them yet but they are close to my work so i can drop my car off and pick it up easily.. however i guess Hills isnt that far from me either as i live out west.. although i heard Hills are always extremely busy... what do you guys recommend.. Also if you have a boost switch installed via a bleed valve can they tune the SAFC for both high and low boost or how would they work around it? thanks all.
