  1. Nice work John and a good rare colour with lots of goodies too Good luck with it Cheers, Al
  2. January would suit me better too as new baby (as in the human kind not the car kind) due in mid-December
  3. Thanks Everyone for the meet and was a shame couldn't make it on the actual cruise so maybe next time. Was good to finally meet everyone and convert a few more people to the Stagea. Some pics Cheers, Al
  4. Can't make the cruise this time around but will try and come down to the meet point to see all the nice cars (and the people of course) Cheers, Al
  5. Assuming it isn't someone's from here?
  6. White Series I Stagea parked in front of @Home store in Edgewater / Joondalup with shiny chrome rims Had sun shades up so might have been working there
  7. Imported a Series II R33 Skyline in mid 2002 but found it too impractical with a young son. Can't carry a thing in those things. When Stageas became available, decided to trade in the Skyline for a Stagea so got the engine but with space - also got a Series II again (I sense a trend here)
  8. Saw a shiny black Stagea heading down Mitchell Fwy near Leederville train station early this evening. Looked good under lights
  9. Thanks Kirstie but it doesn't always look that shiny Yeah I travel down Mitchell Fwy every weekday morning between 8:30 and 9:00 on the way to work. Don't see any Stageas though despite looking. You drive or a train commuter? Cheers, Al
  10. Finally got around to taking some pics after a much needed wash. Totally stock standard Series 2 Stagea
  11. My wife spotted a white Stagea near Woodvale shops on Friday
  12. Just read in HPI v70 about the Greddy Informeter electronic gizmo. Has heaps of output displays and plugs straight into the ECU Consult port (so just plug and play stuff) and costs $499 RRP so fairly reasonable. Could this be an alternative to using the gauges? Cheers, Al
  13. Just added myself too (I think?), another from Perth
  14. Welcome SHIFTdown and looks like you are from Perth - is that right and if so, whereabouts?
  15. With all these Stageas around, makes you wonder where they are all hiding all day - not that many on the forums I see a white Series I some times parked on Elder St during weekday mornings. All the ones I have seen so far have been parked, never seen one actually moving yet (apart from my own of course)
  16. Brad, I live in Pearsall so yeah another bod from north of the river - seems the more popular choice for Stageas, huh? Yanchep or something around there sounds good Funny a few Stageas around where I live but never see any Cheers, Al
  17. Northern suburbs of Perth (near Wangara)
  18. Sorry guys and girl but only just got home and didn't see this until too late How was the Stagea turn out? and yeah a day time one with photo shoot would be good
  19. Thanks Darrin for explaining that one. Another example of our design rules being rather unique, just like that dimmer switch for the dashboard lights that has saved so many lives Just a shame the Xenon's had to go. I got my car from a dealer so no chance of saving them like you are doing Cheers, Al
  20. Mine has the light height adjuster and it does work - didn't think it did at first but one night tried it out again (out of boredom) and noticed they move up and down (subtle but they do move) Would all S2 Stageas have had the Xenon's removed - would there be exceptions? Cheers, Al
  21. Has anyone used or even seen the Race Pac wheel, pedal and seat combo that is now advertised in K-Mart catalogue for about $130 or so? All three bits are combined and it folds up for storage Haven't seen one yet but considering it
  22. Hi Brad Still here just don't post much but read posts most days. I am keen to see the other Stageas in Perth, hardly seen any around so it would be good to get together for a wagon run Cheers, Al
  23. Isn't it SFHC on the rear window and stands for Super Fine Hard Coat for the paint finish? I recall reading that somewhere
