  1. I will guess 189. That's what i made after making 160 before i had my SAFC II installed.
  2. 1st car was 1979 celica coupe. written off as in rolled 2 times resulting in sub box 50 meters away on road. 2nd car was a VH commodore 3.3 auto. worse on fuel than the Skyline. 3rd was a 5 litre 5 spd VR ex interceptor. Nice on long trips. 4th was a 1979 corolla. (I know down grade, but bought first house) 5th and current 1993 R33 GTST 5 spd running 290 rwkw and had this now for 6 years and just keep on loving it more and more.

  4. Last year for a few months i actually worked with Marco the passenger of the red skyline. I was watching and thought i know this guy. Not sure if he still owns it but he had a black r32 gtr at the time. He's exactly the same as he was then, just needs to hold his tongue sometimes.
  5. I had mine blow off and limped home which was around the corner. Car ran for about two minutes with black smoke pouring out the back. They were brand new plugs as in installed 1 hour before and all 6 were catus (black as the ace of spades).
  6. It is internal wastegate, exhaust is 3 inch, plenum is standard and cat does have 3 inch pipe in it.

  8. Hi guys. Just recently upgraded to a 3076 with a 0.86 rear running approx 19psi. The tuner could not get any more out of it. Just after your thought's on what might be restricting it or is this all i should be expecting out of the turbo. The mods are power fc, nismo 550 injec, FMIC, Z32 AFM, bosch 040, 3inch exhaust with very hi-flow cat. Not that i am wanting much more as the car is a monster to drive, just thought it had more in it ? thank's

  10. Hi people. Here avaliable for sale is a Slide R33 hi-flow. It is the maximum oversize and has the op6 (VG30) rear housing fitted. It also has a brand new 14psi actuator fitted as there were boost issues with the standard unit. Also included is a stainless dump pipe. The turbo is in excellent condition and has seen 10,000 kms of use and has achieved 250 RWKW at 18psi. The turbo is a bush bearing (not ball bearing) and fit's straight onto a 33 with no issues. The price is firm and if you feel you can do better purchasing from somewhere else, please do so as i am not interested in hearing about it. Thankyou. $1000 not including delivery.   11. Got the rear bolt off. All i did was undo the two heater hoses off, put them aside then i was able to get a spanner onto it. All good for now.
  12. Thank's for all your imput guys. As far as the bolt for the water line behind the block do i have to really take the driver side rocket cover off. I have to admit though i've tried about five times now and cannot even get the spanner onto it.
  13. The fun continues as i have now removed the manifold because i noticed four were broken. Is it fairly easy to take the broken one's out with the right tool's or should i call in someone. In regards to spacer plate and oil lines the turbo will be coming in full bolt on kit form (spacer plate, oil and water lines nuts, studs, gaskets etc).
  14. Thank's for the reply. In regards to the water line it was more aimed at where do i take it off from as i cant see where it ends up at once it goes behind the engine and dissapears from site.
  15. Hi people. Well the slide hi-flow is now out and it is now time for the 3076 to go in. In regards to the studs in the standard manifold is the best thing to get them out with is some CRC and vice grips? Also should i change the standard manifold or will this be adequate. Finally the water line that goes from the turbo to the rear of the engine, how do you get this sucker off? Any help would be appreciated. Thank's
  16. Hi people. Just a question to all you guys that have done this upgrade. What is generally used on the intake side of things as far as connecting the standard pipe to the turbo. Is some sort of fabrication required or is there an actual correct size intake pipe that can be purchased. Im asking because i've generally not seen it mentioned when people post about these upgrades. All the people i've asked dont know? If there is a correct pipe for this application where should i purchase from and rough estimations on price would be very helpful. Thank's guy's
  17. Finally after five years i've been spotted. Nick it's actually dark blue, but green's cool too. I was getting some motul and bits and pieces.
  18. I am currently running the slide hi-flow max over size with the OP6 VG30 rear. The turbo has been excellent with no problems, but it is now time to grab some more power so i will also going the 3076 with the .82 rear. The best power that the hi-flow could get me was 250rwkw. This is at 17psi but when it was bumped up to around 19-20psi the power would drop of so the tuner left it on 17 stating this was the best power curve he could attain. He said this was probably due to the turbo running out of puff up top.
  19. Hi guys. One of the guys at work has just purchased a R32 GTR with a F CON PRO. He has attempted to have the car tuned only to have the workshop say that it cannot be done due to a password already on there. They also told him that the only way to get around this is to have someone in Sydney look at it. Is this true or can it be reset? I told him to just ditch it and get a power fc? Any help would be appreaciated. Thanks
  20. Having worked in the Ringwood section for over a year i used to see ELOC about 30 times a day. I have personally named it the SNOT BLOCK for obvious reasons. Also the cost was meant to be around the 2.5 billion, but i heard it ended up more like 3.5 in the end.
  21. I tried selectmaz a few times with good results. But recently learnt that the two main guys Drew and Wayne have now left. So i am also thinking of where to take my car to now?
  22. Thank's Skylinekid. I have just checked the H/C and have found the knock setting but dont know if it's on or off as my japanese is not too good?
