  1. In the r32 GTR N1's how exactly are the engine's differen't from a normal rb26 ?. Are they the same spec as say r33 and r34 n1's?. My GTR is a genuine N1 but unsure if it's still the n1 engine or not I've been told 24U should be stamped on the block were exactly is it and how can I see it ?. cheers

  6. Was out there in my white 32 GTR was suprised to see the number of skyline boys out. Best run of the night was 12.2@114mph which is still not an 11 . Hopefully will be going back soon with abit better tune and should be able to do it.
  7. I'm looking to purchase a commander for my apexi power FC which is in an r32 GTR . Do I have to purchase one that is made for that series of computer for it to work or are they interchangable?. cheers

  9. Nice tip on the distance from EPA I never knew that one . I'm pretty sure that if you have a pod it has to be enlosed any which way ,EPA will not pass it any other way.
  10. If the EPA does mail you out a letter wanting your car for inspection you can not dispute it or have a leg to stand on I'm sorry to say.

Hey Yep 6500rpm sidestep the reason I mentioned the 60ft is just to clarify that not much is being lost at the bottem of the track you see 370rwhp and 114mph through the traps doesn't make sense . My mph should be something closer to steve-sst's wife's car . Only other thing I can think of other then tuning is mine is a vspec is the gearing differen't?.
  12. I'm struggling to get my 32R into the 11's let alone 10's and power so far is 370rwhp on paper and going off other cars should be into the 11's easy but it's not . Best run so far is 12.1@114mph with a 1.760ft , it comes down alot to your tuning as it's not alway outright horsepower that gets low ET's something that I've realised and am looking to correct.

He may or may not hand your details onto the EPA who will then send you a notice in the mail requiring your car for inspection between such and such a date it's up to you to contact them to organise an exact time and date. If you do have to go for the inspection get rid of the pshhhhh blow off valve and box your pod filter. Your FMIC should be ok I've seen cars pass with them only argument would be that it effects the impact zones at the front of your car but this has nothing to do with the EPA anyway . IF you want 100% no trouble with the EPA present the car with all the standered gear back on then bring her home and bolt all the aftermarket stuff back up (costly I know).

  17. As the topic says maroon vr wagon does have slight damage to drivers front just needs another guard and bar very easy and cheap repair. Rego till 7/05 body kit 17inch mags with good tyres auto A/C Automatic 240,000km's exhuast Car is in pretty good condition apart from the damage I bought it and had plans on putting another bar and guard on using it to replace my run around charade but I've sort of gone off the idea now and need to move it out of the drive way. email [email protected] repley here or private message cheers Brett

  20. Yep was me at WSID last wednesday white 32 GTR with black wheels. Yep I saw you guys there and I had a funny feeling it was you but wasn't 100%. After what you say about your mates r33 my figures seem pretty right now . Looks like I'll just have to lean on the turbo's more and come up with something closer to 300rwkw for some consistant 11sec passes .
  21. Hey wrxhoon hows things. Do you know what type of power you are making at the wheels?. Like I said before there are even a few examples of r32 GTR's on these forums with less power running in the high 11's at 117mph plus , one example would be HIRISK's old white r32 GTR which trapped 117mph with about 250rwkw. I'm alittle frustrated at the moment because everything else is fine I'm just lacking that little bit of top end to be able to reach my goal of an 11 sec pass.
  22. Yeh must not be much more left in it then, I soppose it's time to lean on these 2530's abit harder then. I'd love to know how these other GTR's with even less power then mine are trapping 117mph plus or maybe the owners are stretching the truth.

  24. The custom alloy radiator in my r32 GTR decided to shit itself for the third time last night down at WSID looks like it's now a throw away job . I'm still deciding wether to get a standered unit or another custom one . What type of prices am I looking at paying for something custom that is built here (no jap brands) ? .
