Need Help Identifying My R32 Gtr Side Skirts!
Matty 31 replied to Midnight_Blue_32's topic in Exterior & Interior Styling
so mine are not originals then, they're fibreglass overlays that did secure onto the body with factory mount points, but they overlayed the original skirt (and had some double sided tape holding them to the bodywork too hahaha) cheers -
Couple more photos as i can't edit the original post

R32 GTR 2 piece OEM side skirts, KG1 (Silver) Good overall condition, need a clean as they've been in the shed for a while (plus moving house twice with them) and taking up space now R32 GTR Nismo N1 style pods. Im only saying "style" as i am led to believe the genuine ones would be plastic, and these are fibreglass. Alright condition, also in KG1 silver 2 Piece skirts - $70 N1 style fibreglass pods - $20 or take them as a package (and have the complete N1 3 piece look) for $75 (pictured as they were on the car)

Need Help Identifying My R32 Gtr Side Skirts!

Sorry to bring up an older thread If the Nismo skirts are 3 piece, is the rear piece meant to be plastic or fibreglass? Trying to establish if mine are a "copy" or legit before i advertise them (2 of the 3 bits are plastic though ) -
Chasing STOCK front and rear swaybars for R32 GTR. Preferably with link bushes and D bushes, not fussed on bush condition however Not interested in aftermarket ones, need stock ones

Not wanting to come across as rude, but you've never been interstate have you mate? Eastern Creek is nearly an hour out of the Sydney CBD Winton is what, 3 odd hours from Melbourne I saw the article online from the Murray Valley Standard this morning regarding the CAMS assessment of the options (Monarto, Gillman, AIR and TB). Tailem Bend seemed to be the plan that worked the best *edit - i'll quote straight from it* Im all for it TBH, knowing he's got the money (def not short of a quid), if he puts into it what they say, Mallala could have some stiff old competition. Might not send Clem completely broke, but we'll have the advantage of 2 circuits within an hour of the CBD

Towbar Recommendations - Preparing For The Man Cave
Matty 31 replied to J_Red33's topic in South Australia
What car is it for? Ive had an Allin bar on every one of my cars bar the Ranger (and thats only because i got a rear step/towbar all in one for that from ARB). They make all their stuff inhouse, Hall basically supply and fit a Hayman Reese item and modify it to suit where necessary (which is rare as Hayman Reese basically cover every make and model these days) I just had an Allin bar put on the Territory recently, was $100 odd bucks cheaper than Hall (or the price of the factory Hayman Reese towpack thats nearly 2k plus install) All going to be down to a matter of convenience for you. Allins being south west, Hall being North -
Yeah, was walkin round with my mate Angus (he had his clevo powered XE Falcon over on the SMASA display), had to come pick up his car anyways. Ran into Munro over near his trucks too

Sounds like we have won it. There's about 3 separate guys from the office that have gone "oh yeah, i run into your mate Brad today" haha Looks like they'll probably use the North Depot guys as they have no work, or use the first year trainees as cheap labour muahaha. So you won't get to see my work ol chap
-
We will see. I dont reckon we'd get it somehow, you'll probably end up with CDS haha (Daryl aka Bert and his boys). But knowing that the external works budgets are tight at the moment we may yet
-
Im a wanted man these days Brad, will have to see what the go is Whats the job we've bid for up there? I might not get it if i need Electranet switching, ive been the only bastard to dodge that bullet and i actually want it haha

Always loved that colour Lee What wheels are they out of interest? Fit alright
-
Thanks man, thats on the plans for sure. Still need to do a few more things before it can be painted (im going to have to take the car there as it needs a couple of loving tweaks to make it fit mint, its pretty good considering) Varrstoen 2.2.1 - 18x10.5 +15

Mine's still copping some overdue attention and love. Now about to move into our first house is going to slow shit down a bit unfortunately (couple of renos first, and then gotta build a shed for the shitbucket hahaha) More of kit dummied on (well, the front bar is held in with 2 side screws and 3 central zipties, side skirts are 1 front screw and the door shut on them ). New coilovers in, seems when i did my side-by-side measurement of the old ones i was a little bit out on the rears Having to do a sticker removal yet again too. Clearcoat layer on the stickers had failed and they had turned to poo
-
I went out in the father in law's shed this morning to put wheels back on mine, been on the hoist for about 2 months. gave me a chance to dummy the side skirts into spot too seems i mis-calculated suspension height in the rear though *remembered to press the attach button second time haha*
