    Im in on the windscreen heat shields. btw Funky, Your directions for the rip off Nismo keys in China Town Melb were dodgy, there is no lt Bourke/Lonsdale intersection, Lonsdale runs parrallel to it :|

    I'm using Bendix Advance on the front and Ferodo GP2 on the back. P/N are : DB1170AD for the Bendix Advance (front) DB1220GP for the GP2's on the rear.

    OMG... where have u been? p.s. I've been told by a detailer to avoid leather ones.... some of the fibres can remain hard and cause swirl marks after prolonged use. A decent Synthetic one is the go.... I use the Maguires ones

    I agree with this, but the government no-doubt found the cheap and easy option was to ban hi powered cars, rather than train the drivers properly. About the closest thing they have in NSW to this which proves your reaction skills and defensive driving is the reaction test which is a crock of shit anyway.... any 6 y/o could pass it.

    Check the turbo for shaft play, im thinkin the compressor wheel is prob touching the housing and causing the screech. then I guess your best option for $1k is the sliding turbo EDIT: Didnt see that he was selling the car soon prob std 2nd hand turbo if thats what the problem is

    How much do you want to spend? 1. Stock 2nd hand turbo $400-500 2. Sliding Performance High flow with Journal Bearing - $800 (i think) 3. GCG High Flow - $1750 in the group buy section 4. HKS or Apexi Turbo Kit (bolt on replacement) - $2500+

    Probably because P platers are now trying to drive like Schumacher in clapped out peices of crap with no handling or braking capabilities and low safety standards.

    1. Yes, bolts to std turbo 2. Yes BATMBL dump/front pipe would be cheaper for same result though.

    Used to own a GPX 5 speed manual, very nice to drive, sounded awesome especially when mivec engaged.

    Nah not yet Munna, Apexi have these on back order, guessing alot of demand at the moment, I ordered on the 4/9 and they should have it ready by end of the month and send out asap.
