CF on black is nice. From far away it looks like a standard bonnet but then get in up close and you notice the CF goodness. Subtle and standout on the same car.

Spotted a non turbo R34 coupe waiting to turn onto Epping Road at Epping this morning.

Apparently there are 2 models running around the USA at the moment... 1 V8 and 1 V6 TT.

Is it worth it to get an investment property that is something like a 1 bedroom studio apartment which is about an hours commute to the CBD? Cos that's all I can afford right now!

Problem with land is that I don't get any money back from rental which is what I definitely want with an investment property Also, can you buy a property and then sacrifice some equity in it to buy a car?

I'm in the EXACT same position as AzzurrA and also deciding between property and a house. Looking at a 40k car and I'm 23 too. I lie in bed awake many nights thinking about this big decision. All you guys saying buy a house etc are all from out of Sydney. Sydney property prices are obscenely high. And as Yidz said, the payment is around $500 per week which I can barely afford. What to do!?

The sedan is cheaper simply because it is cheaper to start off with (when buying new from the dealer - around 10,000JPY difference). The coupe also has more HP than the sedan. Apart from that I don't really know why - same as BMW 3 series coupes are more expensive than their sedan siblings even though the engine is the same. It is rare because it is fairly expensive and most people would instead either get a used Euro if they wanted luxury or if they wanted performance car, something like a GTR. Compliance has been available for over a year now, yet I still hardly see any around.
