Spotted UDRGRD (something like that) silver R33 GTR on Epping Road this evening.

I'm from Malaysia (Melaka) and best car I saw the last time I went (2 years) the best car I saw was a TT Supra I did see a R34 GTR for sale in the papers at the time too and it was selling for around $100,000 AUD which is a SHITLOAD of money for ordinary Malaysians. How many R34 GTRs (or even Skylines) are there in Malaysia? I'm guessing not many!

VZ HSV Clubsport DTS - Only 0.5 seconds slower than an Evo/STI around Wakefield (and faster than a 350Z to boot) That's performance car stuff right there. I like the performance but I don't like the look and overall 'boatness' of the Commodore. Basically I want the LS2 engine in a good sporty chassis So basically I want a Corvette. Of the new VEs, they are eye catching but they are indeed massive cars. I wouldn't mind one for a luxo-barge (eg the Calais) but in the end I'd probably spend my money on something a bit more unique like the Chrylser 300C

Holy moly R33s don't usually turn me on but that purple R33 GTR widebody is horn!

I'd get something that wasn't available to import normally (so no GTRs, Supras etc) Something like a late model NSX would be great

Okay update Tried the new Jap yakiniku place in Chatswood called Iwa It's not bad but it is pretty expensive (a plate of beef has maybe 8 bite size pieces and costs upwards of $17). Atmosphere is good and they have nice decor. Service wasn't bad either and unlike most DIY BBQ places you don't come out smelling like cooked meat.
