Japanese branded parts usually have better fitment, better quality finish and if you're talking about exhausts/mufflers, better sound. However, there will be very little difference (if any) in power between no-name and branded.

HI.2WD stands for HICAS.2WD (as opposed to a 4WD car like GTR or GTS-4) 9002 means your car was built in Feb 1990. Not sure about 2K.

It's just a measurement of boost pressure. It's a different way of measuring it (normal guages use either bar or psi)
